What is the name of the index file, that is searched for when someone requests http://my.webzone.net.au/~username/ or http://my.webzone.net.au/~username/some_directory/ ?
The file needs to be named either index.html, index.htm, default.html or default.htm
(Files are checked in that order and must be lower case)

How do I create my own members website?
Go to http://my.webzone.net.au/sitemgr.html and enter your username and password. Your Directory will then be created and you will be able to login and create/alter your website.

Am I able to ftp into my members website?
Yes, You can use any FTP client program (ie cuteftp, ftp). The server name is my.webzone.com.au, username and password as per your account username and password.
In your browser type   ftp://username:password@my.webzone.net.au/
Replace username and password with your own username and password.

Why Can't I login to the ftp site?
There are 2 possible error messages that may appear when you attempt to log into the my.webzone.net.au FTP server.
  1. 'Sorry, but either the username or password was incorrect'   which means exactly that. Make sure that your capslock key hasn't been pressed, or that the shift key isn't stuck down.
  2. 'Login incorrect'   means that your username and password are correct, but your home directory hasn't been set up as yet. Please click here to set it up.

What are the requirements to use the web browser based website editor?
Internet Explorer 5.01+, Mozilla 1.0+, Netscape 7.0+ or any browser that is capable of Javascript version 1.2.
